1x Half Lamb Box 28th September **$14 per kg $160 Deposit**

Premium, ethically farmed South Australian Lamb from our family to yours.

A half lamb box will contain approximately 9-11kgs of meat.

**Due to differences in each box of lambs weight we will trial paying by a per kilo price per box**

We will be charging $14 per kilo. Our aim remains the same with providing a 9-11kg side of lamb and as each side averages 10kg our thoughts are that we would prefer to have a kitty of change on us, so when you arrive we can give you $ back instead of you all having to go to the bank or have cash on you if the box weighs less than you have paid.

Payment of $160 per half, upon pick up the difference between the $160 (11.4 kg) and the corrected weighted amount will be returned to you.

For example; If your lamb box weighs 10kg it would $140 ($14 per kg), we will then reimburse you $20 as you have already paid a $160 deposit.
What to expect in your box of premium lamb;

-2 half lamb leg roasts
-1 forequarter roast boned and rolled (seasoned optional)
-2 Lamb shanks
-Loin chops
-Gourmet lamb sausages

**Pick up of lamb will occur from our family home in Brahma Lodge and Plympton South Australia and is required within 24hours of delivery to ensure freshness**
